Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using CartMate. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CartMate, developed and published by OFO Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

OFO Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CartMate for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

User Conduct

You agree to use CartMate only for its intended purpose as a personal grocery shopping list. You will not misuse the app or attempt to reverse-engineer it.

iCloud and Data

CartMate uses Apple iCloud to store and sync your data. You are responsible for maintaining your iCloud account and ensuring adequate storage. OFO Labs is not responsible for data loss resulting from iCloud service interruptions, account issues, or device failures. We recommend keeping your iCloud account in good standing for the best experience.

In-App Purchases

CartMate offers a one-time Pro upgrade for additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. Once purchased, the Pro upgrade is permanently tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed into the same account.

Intellectual Property

CartMate and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by OFO Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CartMate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. OFO Labs does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFO Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CartMate, including but not limited to loss of data, missed shopping items, or interruption of service.

Termination

OFO Labs may terminate or suspend your access to CartMate at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to the app or other users. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be reflected within the app and on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of CartMate shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
