Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Crankhill, developed and published by OFO Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The App

Crankhill is a hill driving game for iPhone. You build a car from parts in a garage and drive it up one long road; every run plants a flag where it stopped. Everything runs on your device and the app makes no network requests of its own.

Purchases

Crankhill is bought once from the App Store. There are no in app purchases, no subscription, no advertising and no purchasable currency. Everything in the app is included in the purchase: the whole road, all twenty parts and the route map. Scrap, the garage currency, is earned by driving and has no monetary value.

Physics

The cars in Crankhill follow a physics simulation, and the numbers in the garage are the simulation's numbers. It is a game: nothing in it describes the behaviour of a real vehicle, and nothing in it is driving advice.

Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, use it in any unlawful way, or resell or redistribute it.

Intellectual Property

The app, its road, its artwork, its sound and its code are owned by OFO Labs and are protected by copyright. Your purchase is a licence to use the app, not a transfer of ownership.

The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. OFO Labs is not liable for any damages arising from its use.

These terms may change. The updated version appears on this page with a new date.
