Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Doably. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Doably, developed and published by OFO Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

OFO Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Doably for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

What Doably Is, and What It Is Not

Doably is a focus and productivity tool. It breaks a task you have been avoiding into small steps and shows them to you one at a time.

Doably is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or claim to improve any medical or psychological condition, including attention or executive function difficulties. Nothing in the app should be understood as a clinical assessment or a treatment plan. If starting tasks is consistently difficult for you, please speak to a doctor or another qualified professional.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. The steps Doably suggests are general suggestions for ordinary everyday tasks and are not instructions for anything requiring professional expertise, safety training, or legal or financial advice.

Content in the App

The 80 built-in ladders and all of their steps were written by OFO Labs for this app. You may not extract, redistribute, or commercially exploit them outside the app.

Steps you write yourself remain yours.

On-Device Generation

On iPhones that support Apple Intelligence, Doably can generate a ladder of steps for a task using Apple's Foundation Models framework, running entirely on your device.

Generated text is produced by a machine learning model and may occasionally be irrelevant, repetitive, or plainly wrong. Use your judgement. OFO Labs does not warrant the accuracy or suitability of generated steps for any purpose.

This feature requires hardware that supports Apple Intelligence and requires it to be enabled in iOS Settings. It is not available on every iPhone, and its availability is determined by Apple, not by OFO Labs. Buying Doably Premium does not and cannot make it available on hardware that does not support it. Every other premium feature works on every supported iPhone.

Data and Storage

Doably stores your tasks, steps, session history, saved ladders and preferences locally on your device. OFO Labs has no access to this data and is not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or iOS restores. Settings includes an export function, and we recommend keeping device backups enabled if you wish to preserve your history.

In-App Purchases

Doably is free to download and includes optional in-app purchases.

  • The free tier includes three new ladders per rolling week, twenty of the built-in ladders, the complete focus session, and the Live Activity. Writing your own steps is always free and is never counted against any limit.
  • Doably Premium Yearly is an auto-renewing subscription. It automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. Where offered, a free trial period converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends.
  • Doably Lifetime is a one-time payment, permanently tied to your Apple ID, and can be restored on any device signed into the same account.
  • If a subscription lapses, everything you have already created remains on your device and fully viewable. Only the premium gates apply again.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies.

Intellectual Property

Doably and its design, features, and functionality are owned by OFO Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Doably is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. OFO Labs does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFO Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Doably, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

Termination

OFO Labs may terminate or suspend your access to Doably at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be reflected on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of Doably shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
