Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Homekeep. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Homekeep, developed and published by OFO Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The App
Homekeep generates a home maintenance schedule from details you provide about your home, reminds you when jobs are due, and keeps a record of the work you mark as done. It runs entirely on your device.
Maintenance Guidance Is Not Professional Advice
Homekeep's task descriptions are general guidance about common home maintenance. They are not professional inspection, engineering, electrical, plumbing, gas or structural advice, and they cannot account for the specific condition of your property.
You are responsible for deciding whether a job is safe for you to carry out. Work involving gas, electricity, roofs, ladders, flues or structural elements should be carried out by a qualified professional. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for your own equipment, which take precedence over anything in this app, and comply with local regulations and any warranty conditions.
Intervals suggested by the app are typical starting points, not guarantees. Homekeep does not inspect your home and cannot know its condition.
Free and Premium
Homekeep is free to download and use for one home, including its full generated schedule, reminders, and the record of completed jobs, with no time limit.
Homekeep Premium is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription. It adds support for more than one home, cost tracking, photo and receipt attachments, custom tasks, and CSV export of your service history.
Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by OFO Labs. If your purchase is refunded or otherwise revoked, premium features stop being available, but Homekeep never deletes homes or records you have already created.
Your Data
Homekeep stores everything on your device and transmits nothing. You are responsible for your own backups. Deleting the app deletes its data. See the privacy policy at ofolabs.net/homekeep/privacypolicy.
Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app, or use it in violation of any applicable law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Homekeep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. OFO Labs does not warrant that reminders will be delivered at any particular time, as notification delivery is controlled by iOS.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OFO Labs is not liable for any damage, loss, injury, or expense arising from your use of the app, from work you carry out, from work you do not carry out, or from a reminder that did not arrive.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
