Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Keenwit. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Keenwit, developed and published by OFO Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

OFO Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Keenwit for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Games, Not Medical or Professional Advice

Keenwit is a collection of games. Its scores, levels, skill values, trends and streaks describe how you play these games and nothing more. Keenwit is not a medical device, does not measure intelligence, and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. It makes no promise that playing will change your memory, attention or any other ability outside the app. If you have concerns about your health or cognition, consult a qualified professional.

Your Data

Your session history, streak and settings are stored only on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. OFO Labs is not liable for data loss resulting from deleting the app, resetting the history, device failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Purchases

Keenwit is free to download. The free tier includes a daily set of three games drawn from five starter games (one per skill), the weekly skill chart, personal bests and the streak. Keenwit Plus is optional and unlocks the other five games (which also join the daily set), unlimited free play of any game, last month's outline on the skill chart and 30-day trend lines.

Keenwit Plus is offered as a monthly auto-renewable subscription, a yearly auto-renewable subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. All three unlock the same features. All payments are processed by Apple.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account subscription settings.
  • The yearly subscription may include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
  • The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on any device signed into the same account.
  • If a subscription lapses, nothing you created is deleted. Your full history stays on the device; the Plus games, free play and the longer history views return to locked.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies.

Intellectual Property

Keenwit and its design, games, artwork, sounds and functionality are owned by OFO Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Keenwit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. OFO Labs does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFO Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Keenwit, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be reflected on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
