Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Khatam. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Khatam, developed and published by OFO Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
OFO Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Khatam for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Quran Content
Khatam includes the complete text of the Quran with translations, bundled within the app for fully offline reading. Sources: Arabic text from Tanzil (Uthmani script); translations by Saheeh International (English), Diyanet İşleri (Turkish), and Abu Rida Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Rassoul (German). The content is presented respectfully and without modification. You may not extract, redistribute, or commercially exploit the bundled content outside the app.
User Conduct
You agree to use Khatam only for its intended purpose as a personal Quran reading companion. You will not misuse the app or attempt to reverse-engineer it.
Data and Storage
Khatam stores your reading plans, progress, bookmarks, and preferences locally on your device. OFO Labs has no access to this data and is not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or iOS restores. We recommend keeping your device backups enabled if you wish to preserve your reading progress.
In-App Purchases
Khatam offers a one-time Premium upgrade ("Khatam Premium - Lifetime") for additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. Once purchased, the Premium upgrade is permanently tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed into the same account.
Intellectual Property
Khatam and its design, features, and functionality are owned by OFO Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Quran text and translations remain subject to the rights of their respective publishers as noted above. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Khatam is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. OFO Labs does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFO Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Khatam, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.
Termination
OFO Labs may terminate or suspend your access to Khatam at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be reflected on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of Khatam shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
