Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using ReplyKey. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReplyKey, developed and published by OFO Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
OFO Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ReplyKey for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
What ReplyKey Does
ReplyKey generates suggested replies and rewrites text using an AI language model. The output is a suggestion, not advice. You are responsible for reading what ReplyKey produces before you send it. AI models can produce text that is inaccurate, inappropriate for your situation, or that misreads the intent of the message you provided. Do not rely on ReplyKey for legal, medical, financial, or other professional communication without reviewing and correcting it yourself.
Your Content
You keep all rights to the text you put into ReplyKey and to the replies it generates for you. You are responsible for having the right to process any text you paste into the app, and for how you use the output.
You agree not to use ReplyKey to generate content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or that impersonates another person, and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the usage limits of the app.
Free Tier and Subscriptions
ReplyKey includes a free tier of 3 replies per day.
ReplyKey Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that raises the limit to 40 replies per day, offered as:
- Monthly: 4.99 USD per month
- Yearly: 29.99 USD per year
Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region. Local pricing is shown in the app before you purchase.
Payment and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings at any time.
Cancellation. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund the current period. When a subscription lapses, the app returns to the free tier and your locally stored history remains available.
Refunds. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. OFO Labs cannot issue refunds. Refund requests go through Apple Support.
Daily Limits
Both the free and Pro tiers have a daily generation limit, enforced per device and reset daily. The limits exist to keep the service sustainable. We may adjust them, and will describe the current limits accurately in the app before you subscribe.
Availability
ReplyKey depends on a third-party AI model provider and on your internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and generation may be temporarily unavailable due to network conditions, provider outages, or maintenance.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ReplyKey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated text will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OFO Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ReplyKey, including any consequence of sending text that ReplyKey generated. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Privacy
Your use of ReplyKey is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains exactly what text is sent off your device and what is retained.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
