Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Setright, developed and published by OFO Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The App

Setright is a puzzle game for iPhone. Each scene is a shelf of everyday objects and one short instruction, and the puzzle is noticing which single quality of the objects can be put in order. It ships with 120 scenes across six rooms plus a new scene every day. Everything runs on your device and the app makes no network requests of any kind.

Purchases

Setright is bought once from the App Store and that is the whole game. There are no in-app purchases, no subscription, no advertising and no additional content to buy, and there never will be in this app. The purchase is handled entirely by Apple; we receive no payment details of any kind. Refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store.

Your progress

Which shelves you have set right is yours, it lives on your device, and we never see it. If you delete the app it goes with it. Keep device backups on if it matters to you.

Acceptable use

Do not decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the app. These are the ordinary terms; nothing unusual is intended by them.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, OFO Labs is not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including the loss of saved progress. Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

We may update these terms. The current version is always at https://ofolabs.net/setright/terms with the date it was last changed.
