ShiftPay - Track Your Pay Published by OFO Labs

Summary

ShiftPay does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data. The app runs entirely on your device and makes no network requests of any kind. Your jobs, your pay rates, your shifts and everything calculated from them stay on your iPhone.

2. Data Collection

We do not collect any data.

ShiftPay has no account system, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising identifiers and no tracking of any kind. We operate no servers, so there is nowhere for your information to be sent even if we wanted it.

3. What the app stores on your device

The jobs you create, their hourly rates and pay rules, every shift you log with its times and unpaid breaks, and any notes you attach are stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's SwiftData framework.

This is information about your work and your earnings, and we consider it yours alone. It is included in your own encrypted iPhone backups if you have backups enabled. Those backups are between you and Apple. We never receive a copy.

4. Notifications

If you enable shift reminders, ShiftPay schedules local notifications on your device. Local notifications are created and delivered by iOS on the iPhone itself. Nothing about your shifts is sent to us or to any third party to make a reminder work.

5. Purchases

ShiftPay Pro is a one-time in-app purchase handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details, your Apple Account, or any part of the transaction beyond whether the app is unlocked on your device. Apple's own privacy policy governs the purchase itself.

6. Data sharing

We share nothing, because we hold nothing. There are no third-party SDKs in ShiftPay: no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting.

7. CSV export

ShiftPay Pro can export a pay period as a CSV file. That export is created on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes next is entirely your choice, and we are not involved in it.

8. Children

ShiftPay is a work and pay tracking tool intended for people of working age. It collects no data from anyone, including children.

9. Your rights

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export or delete. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device. If you want a copy of your data first, use the CSV export before deleting.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date. Since the app collects nothing, any change is likely to be a clarification rather than a change in practice.
