Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Stashly. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stashly, developed and published by OFO Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

OFO Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Stashly for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

User Conduct and Saved Content

Stashly is a personal library for saving links, notes, and images. You are responsible for the content you save. Saved links remain the property of their respective websites and rights holders; Stashly stores the link and a standard preview, not the underlying content. You agree not to use Stashly to infringe the rights of others or for any unlawful purpose, and not to misuse or reverse-engineer the app.

Data and Storage

Stashly stores your library locally on your device. OFO Labs has no access to this data and is not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or iOS restores. We recommend keeping your device backups enabled if you wish to preserve your library.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Stashly offers two optional upgrades: a yearly auto-renewable subscription (Stashly Premium Yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase (Stashly Pro Lifetime). All payments are processed by Apple.

  • The yearly subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • If the subscription lapses, your library remains fully viewable; only the premium gates (such as saving beyond the free limits) apply again.
  • The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment, permanently tied to your Apple ID, and can be restored on any device signed into the same account.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies.

Intellectual Property

Stashly and its design, features, and functionality are owned by OFO Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Stashly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. OFO Labs does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFO Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Stashly, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

Termination

OFO Labs may terminate or suspend your access to Stashly at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be reflected on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of Stashly shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
