Please read these Terms of Use before using Tiltjar. By downloading or playing the game, you agree to them.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tiltjar, developed and published by OFO Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

The Game

Tiltjar is a physics merge game for iPhone. You drop polished stones into a glass jar, tilt the jar to bring matching stones together, and merge them into larger stones. There is no online play, no chat and no account.

Purchases

Tiltjar is free to download. The Classic Jar, the Daily Jar, the tutorial and the mineral stone set are included with no limit on runs.

Full Shelf is a single in-app purchase that adds four shaped jars (the Bowl, the Tall Vase, the Hourglass and the Lantern), two more stone sets (Sea Glass and Polished Metals) and the Stats page. It is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription, it never renews, it never expires, and there is nothing else to buy inside the game. There are no currencies, no power-ups for money and no advertising.

Payment is handled by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of your App Store account. A purchase is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other devices from inside the game.

Game Center

Leaderboards are provided by Apple's Game Center and are subject to Apple's terms. Scores submitted there are visible to other Game Center players as Apple determines.

Your progress

Your progress is stored only on your device. Deleting the game deletes it.

Acceptable use

Do not decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the game. These are the ordinary terms; nothing unusual is intended by them.

Disclaimer and liability

Tiltjar is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFO Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game. Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be published at https://ofolabs.net/tiltjar/terms with a new date.
