Privacy Policy for Wardro

Summary

Wardro does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data on our side. The app operates entirely on your iPhone. There is no account, no server, and no analytics. Your photos, your wardrobe, and your outfits never leave your device.

2. Data Collection

We do not collect any data.

Specifically, Wardro does NOT:

  • Collect personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
  • Collect usage data or analytics
  • Upload, transmit, or analyze your photos anywhere outside your device
  • Track your location
  • Use cookies or similar tracking technologies
  • Require user accounts or registration
  • Send data to any server, first-party or third-party
  • Use advertising identifiers
  • Use any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or tracking frameworks
  • Track you across other apps or websites

The only network activity in Wardro is Apple's StoreKit communicating with the App Store when you make or restore the optional in-app purchase. That exchange is handled entirely by Apple.

3. Data Storage

Everything you create in Wardro is stored locally on your device in the app's private storage. This includes:

  • Photos you take or pick of your clothing, and the cutout images Wardro creates from them
  • Your body photo or photos, and the body pose points detected on them
  • Your garments' names, categories, colors, and favorites
  • Your saved outfits and their preview images
  • App settings, for example whether smart shuffle is on

All photo processing, including cutting out garments and detecting your body pose, happens on your device using Apple's built-in Vision framework. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.

This data exists only on your device (and in your personal iCloud or computer backup if you have enabled device backups through Apple). We have no access to it.

If you delete the app, all locally stored Wardro data is permanently removed from your device.

4. Camera and Photos

Wardro uses the camera only when you choose to photograph a garment or take a body photo, and each image is processed and stored locally. Picking images from your photo library uses Apple's system photo picker, which shows Wardro only the images you select and requires no library access. If you save an outfit image to your photo library, Wardro asks for add-only permission and writes just that image. Wardro never browses, uploads, or analyzes your photo library.

5. iCloud

Wardro does not use iCloud or any other cloud service. Your data is not synced or backed up by us. Your device's own iCloud or computer backup may include the app's data, under your control like any other app.

6. Purchases

Wardro Premium is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple. OFO Labs never sees, receives, or stores your payment information. Whether you own Wardro Premium is recorded on your device and verified with Apple's StoreKit framework. You can restore the purchase on a new device with your Apple Account.

7. Sharing Outfit Images

When you share an outfit, Wardro renders the image on your device and hands it to the standard iOS share sheet. You choose the destination, and you are responsible for the image once it leaves the app. Sharing never passes through any server operated by OFO Labs.

8. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your data to anyone, because we never receive it in the first place.

9. Deleting Your Data

Delete individual garments, outfits, or body photos in the app at any time. Settings > Delete All Data removes everything at once. Deleting the app also deletes all of its data.

10. Children's Privacy

Wardro is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages. Because Wardro collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children under 13. We do not knowingly gather personal information from children.

11. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, the CCPA, and similar regulations, you have rights to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. With Wardro these rights are satisfied directly on your device: all of your data is already in your possession and under your control. You can view and edit it in the app, share images you created, delete individual records, or remove everything by deleting the app. There is no data held by us to request or erase.

12. Changes to This Policy

If Wardro ever changes how it handles data, the updated policy will be published here and the app's App Store privacy details will be updated before the change ships. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
