Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Wardro. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wardro, developed and published by OFO Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

OFO Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wardro for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Your Content

Wardro stores photos you take or select: pictures of your clothing, the cutouts created from them, and full-length photos of yourself used for outfit previews. You are responsible for that content, including having the right to use any photo you add. You agree not to use Wardro for any unlawful purpose, and not to misuse or reverse-engineer the app.

Data and Storage

Wardro stores all of your data locally on your device. OFO Labs has no access to this data and cannot recover it for you. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or iOS restores. Keep your device backups enabled if you wish to preserve your data.

Try-On Previews

Wardro's try-on view layers cutout images of your garments over your photo, anchored to your detected body pose. It is a styling preview, not a simulation: it does not model fabric, drape, stretch, or fit, and it does not guarantee how a garment will actually look or fit on you. Cutout and pose quality depend on your photos. Purchase decisions about clothing remain your responsibility.

Purchases

Wardro is free to use with a limited wardrobe size, a limited number of saved outfits, and one body photo. Wardro Premium is a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks an unlimited wardrobe, unlimited saved outfits, multiple body photos, and smart color-matched shuffle.

  • Wardro Premium is not a subscription. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
  • The purchase is permanently tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed into the same account using Restore Purchases on the upgrade screen.
  • All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies.
  • Everything you created before purchasing remains fully viewable at all times.

Intellectual Property

Wardro and its design, features, and functionality are owned by OFO Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app. Your photos remain yours.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Wardro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. OFO Labs does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that garment cutouts and pose detection will be accurate for every photo.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OFO Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or photos, arising from your use of or inability to use Wardro.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version will always be published here. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
