Summary
Boltworks does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data. It works fully offline, including in aeroplane mode. There is no account, no sign in, and no server of ours anywhere in the app.

2. Data Collection
We do not collect any data.
Boltworks has no account system, no sign in, no analytics, no advertising, no advertising identifiers, no crash reporting and no tracking of any kind. We operate no servers. There is nowhere for information about you to be sent, even if we wanted it.
3. The machines need no server
All 150 machines are built into the app when it is compiled, and the Daily Teardown is computed on your own device from the calendar date. Two phones on the same day get the same machine because they calculate it, not because they fetch it. Nothing is requested and nothing is sent.
4. What the app stores on your device
Which machines you have stripped, the medal you earned on each, your Daily Teardown streak, the teardown you are in the middle of, your sound and haptics settings, and whether this Apple Account owns the Full Workshop unlock. All of it is stored locally on your iPhone in the app's own preferences. It is included in your own encrypted iPhone backups if you have backups enabled. Those backups are between you and Apple. We never receive a copy.
5. The photo export
When you finish a machine you can save or share a picture of the exploded assembly. The image is rendered on your device from the machine you just stripped. It contains no personal information, and Boltworks never sends it anywhere on its own: it is handed to the iOS share sheet and what happens next is entirely your choice. If you send it in a message or post it somewhere, that service's own privacy policy applies from that point.
6. Game Center
Boltworks offers one optional leaderboard, the number of gold teardowns you have earned. Game Center is Apple's service, and using it is entirely your choice: if you decline the sign in prompt, or never open the leaderboard, the whole game still works exactly the same and nothing is submitted.
If you do use it, your score and the nickname you chose in Game Center are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. We never see your Apple Account, your real name or your email address. We receive nothing from Game Center at all.
7. Purchases
Full Workshop is a single purchase handled entirely by Apple's In-App Purchase system. We never see your payment details, your Apple Account, or your name. The app asks StoreKit whether this Apple Account owns the purchase and stores nothing about you beyond that answer.
8. Children
Boltworks is suitable for all ages and is rated 4+. It contains no user generated content, no chat, no social features, no advertising, and the only links out are to this privacy policy and to our terms of use. Because the app collects nothing and transmits nothing, no information about any player is ever received by us or by anyone else.
9. Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes all of its data. Since nothing was ever sent to us, there is nothing for us to delete on our side and nothing for you to request.
10. Third parties
There are no third party software development kits in Boltworks. No analytics provider, no advertising network, no attribution service, no crash reporter. The only Apple frameworks that touch the network are StoreKit, for the purchase, and GameKit, if you choose to use Game Center.
11. Your rights
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing to access, correct, export or erase. If you have a question about this policy, email ofolabs@gmail.com and we will answer.
12. Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date. Since the app collects nothing, any change will be a clarification rather than a new use of data.
