Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Cradlely. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cradlely, developed and published by OFO Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The App

Cradlely records feeds, sleeps and nappy changes that you enter, shows you what you logged, and can produce a PDF summary of it. It runs entirely on your device.

Cradlely Is a Logbook, Not Medical Advice

This is the most important term here, so it is stated plainly.

Cradlely records what you type and nothing more. It does not give medical, feeding, nutritional or sleep advice. It does not diagnose anything, does not tell you whether your baby is feeding or sleeping enough, does not flag patterns as normal or abnormal, and does not compare your baby to any standard or percentile. It is not a medical device and has not been evaluated by any medical regulator.

Decisions about your child's health, feeding and sleep belong with you and your doctor, midwife or health visitor. If you are worried about your baby, contact a health professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. Do not use this app for that.

The PDF export is a transcript of your own entries, provided so you have something to refer to at an appointment. It is not a clinical record, and its accuracy depends entirely on what you entered.

Your Data Is Yours, and It Only Exists on Your Device

Everything you log stays on your iPhone. We never receive it.

That has a consequence worth understanding: if you delete the app, lose your device or delete your data from within the app, it is gone, and we cannot recover it for you. We have no copy. Keep iPhone backups enabled if your records matter to you.

Purchases

Cradlely is free to download and free to use for logging, which is never limited, time-restricted or reduced.

Cradlely Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks additional babies, your full history rather than the most recent period, and the PDF export. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms; refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.

Entries older than the free history window are hidden, never deleted. Buying Pro reveals them again.

Acceptable Use

Use Cradlely for your own record keeping. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the app, and do not use it in violation of any applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Cradlely is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that your entries will be preserved.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OFO Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of or inability to use Cradlely.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with its last updated date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
