At 3am you are holding a baby in one arm and your phone in the other hand. Cradlely puts every button at the bottom of the screen, where your thumb already is, so logging a feed does not mean reaching, shuffling your grip, or waking anyone up. Tap once for sleep and it starts timing immediately, because that tap happens in the dark halfway to the cot. Feeds and nappies take one more tap to say which kind. It records feeds, sleeps and nappies, shows you the shape of each day, and produces a PDF you can hand to a doctor or health visitor. What it does not do is just as deliberate: it gives no feeding or sleep advice, compares your baby to no percentile, and flags nothing as normal or abnormal. It is a logbook, and those decisions belong with you and a health professional. Nothing you record leaves your iPhone. There is no account, no server, and no networking code in the app at all, because a record of a baby's first months is nobody else's business. Logging is always free and never capped, delayed or counted.
