Doubletake: Spot Differences Published by OFO Labs
Effective Date: September 6, 2026
Summary
Doubletake does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data. The app contains no analytics, no advertising and no servers of ours. It works fully offline, including in aeroplane mode.

2. Data Collection
We do not collect any data.
Doubletake has no account system, no sign in, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no crash reporting and no tracking of any kind. We operate no servers. There is nowhere for information to be sent, even if we wanted it.
3. The scenes need no server
Doubletake never downloads a level. Every diorama, and every difference in it, is computed on your own iPhone from a number: the world you picked and the scene number, or for the Daily Diorama the calendar date. Two phones opening the same scene build the same little town because they compute it, not because they fetch it. Nothing is requested and nothing is sent.
4. What the app stores on your device
Which scenes you have solved, your Daily Diorama streak, your best Sharp Eye run, your sound and haptics settings, and whether this Apple Account owns the All Worlds purchase. All of it lives in your iPhone's own storage for this app. It is included in your own encrypted iPhone backups if you have backups enabled. Those backups are between you and Apple. We never receive a copy.
Deleting the app deletes all of it.
5. Game Center
Doubletake offers one optional Game Center leaderboard: how many scenes you cleared in a single Sharp Eye run. If you are signed in to Game Center, the score is sent to Apple's Game Center service, which has its own privacy policy and is not operated by us. We receive nothing from it and we cannot read it.
The rest of the game works normally whether or not you are signed in to Game Center. Nothing else in the app touches the network.
6. Purchases
All Worlds is a single one time purchase handled entirely by Apple's In-App Purchase system. We never see your payment details, your Apple Account, or your name. The app asks StoreKit whether this Apple Account owns the purchase and stores nothing about you beyond that answer.
Restoring a purchase asks Apple the same question again. It sends us nothing, because there is no us to send it to.
7. Children
Doubletake is a general audience puzzle game. It is not directed at children, it does not knowingly collect information from anyone of any age, and it contains no advertising, no links out to the web from inside the game other than this policy and the terms, and no communication between players.
8. Permissions
Doubletake requests no permissions at all. It does not ask for the camera, the microphone, contacts, photos, the location, notifications, the calendar, or anything else. There is nothing in the app that would use them.
9. Third Parties
There are none. Doubletake contains no third party frameworks, no software development kits from other companies, no attribution networks and no analytics libraries. Every line in it is ours or Apple's.
10. Changes to This Policy
If this policy ever changes, the new version will appear here and the effective date above will change with it. Since the app collects nothing, we expect changes to be rare.
