Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Farwind, developed and published by OFO Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

The Game

Farwind is a one touch arcade game for iPhone. A rider on a sand sled with a kite races across endless generated dunes, rides currents of wind and tries to stay ahead of a sandstorm. It includes a storm mode, Daily Dunes, Zen Dunes, goals and cosmetic riders.

Purchases

Farwind is bought once from the App Store. There are no in app purchases, no subscription and no advertising. Every mode, goal and rider is included in the purchase; riders are unlocked by playing.

Game Center

Leaderboards are provided by Apple's Game Center and are optional. Their use is governed by Apple's terms.

Licence

OFO Labs grants you a personal, non transferable licence to use Farwind on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules. The game's art, sound, code and name belong to OFO Labs.
