Summary
Fibbery is an offline pass-and-play party game for 3 to 8 people sharing one iPhone. It does not collect, store on any server, transmit or sell any personal data. There is no account, no sign in, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking, no online play and no server of ours anywhere in the app.

2. Data Collection
We do not collect any data.
Fibbery has no account system, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no crash reporting and no third party software development kits. The prompts, the rules and the scoring all run on the device, and the app makes no network requests of its own. We operate no servers, so there is nowhere for information about you to be sent.
3. What the app stores on the device
- The player names and doodle faces you enter, so the next game starts with the same table.
- A game in progress, including the fake answers players typed during that game, so a paused game can be resumed.
- The ids of the prompts already played, so new games show fresh prompts first.
- Your chosen decks, game length and the sound, music and haptics settings.
All of it stays in the app's own storage on your iPhone and is included in your own encrypted device backups if you use them. We never receive a copy. Answers typed during a game are shown only to the people at the table and are removed from the device when the game ends.
4. Purchases
Fibbery is free to download and offers one optional in-app purchase, All Decks. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see payment details, your Apple Account or your name.
5. Children
Fibbery is a party game for teens and adults and is not directed at children under 13. Because the app collects no personal information at all, it cannot knowingly collect information from a child.
6. Deleting data
Players can be removed on the players screen, and a game can be ended from the pause menu. Deleting the app removes all of its data. Since nothing was ever sent to us, there is nothing to delete on our side.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you have rights to access, correct, export and erase personal data. Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or erase. If you have a question about this policy, email ofolabs@gmail.com and we will answer.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date. Since the app collects nothing, any change will be a clarification rather than a new use of data.
