Please read these Terms of Use before using Fibbery. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fibbery, developed and published by OFO Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The App

Fibbery is a pass-and-play bluffing party game for 3 to 8 people sharing one iPhone. A strange but true prompt appears, each player secretly writes a fake answer, everyone votes for the answer they believe, and the reveal shows who fooled whom. Everything runs on the device and no account is needed.

Purchases

Fibbery is free to download and includes the first 40 prompts of the Strange Words deck.

All Decks is a single optional in-app purchase. It unlocks every prompt in every deck (Strange Words, Weird Patents, Real Creatures and Odd Places) and every deck added to the app in later updates. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it is available to your family through Family Sharing. Purchases are processed by Apple under the App Store's terms, and refunds are handled by Apple.

The prompts

Every prompt was checked against a source (Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary of 1913, public United States patent records, and Wikipedia articles) and retold in our own words. The prompts are for entertainment. We work to keep them accurate, but they are not a reference work, and if you find a mistake, please tell us at ofolabs@gmail.com.

Playing together

Answers that players type exist only on the device during a local game. Please play kindly: you are responsible for what you write at your own table.

Intellectual Property

The app, its prompts as written, artwork, sounds and code are owned by OFO Labs and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its assets. The underlying facts, and the public domain sources they were checked against, belong to everyone.

Disclaimer

Fibbery is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. OFO Labs does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFO Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the app, including the loss of a game in progress. Games and players are stored only on the device and are removed when the app is deleted.
