Summary

Glidepath does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data. The app contains no networking code at all. It works fully offline, including in aeroplane mode, which matters because most disc golf courses have no signal.

2. Data Collection

We do not collect any data.

Glidepath has no account system, no sign in, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no crash reporting and no tracking of any kind. We operate no servers. There is nowhere for information to be sent, even if we wanted it.

3. The simulation needs no server

Every flight you see is computed on your own iPhone, step by step, from the numbers you entered. Nothing is looked up, nothing is requested and nothing is sent. Two phones given the same disc and the same throw produce the same trajectory by calculating it, not by fetching it.

4. What the app stores on your device

The discs you save to your bag, your unit preference, how many flights you have run, and whether you have purchased Glidepath Pro are stored locally on your iPhone. This information is included in your own encrypted iPhone backups if you have backups enabled. Those backups are between you and Apple. We never receive a copy.

5. No third party code

Glidepath contains no third party software development kits. No advertising network, no analytics provider, no crash reporter, no payment processor other than Apple's own. The app is built entirely on Apple frameworks.

6. Purchases

Glidepath Pro is a one time purchase handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never see your payment details, your Apple Account, or your name. Apple tells the app only whether a purchase exists. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.

7. Children

Glidepath is rated 4+ and collects nothing from anyone, of any age. There is no user generated content, no messaging, and no way for one person using the app to reach another.

8. Your Rights

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export or delete. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device. Under the GDPR, the CCPA and comparable laws, the answer to every access or deletion request is the same: we have nothing.

9. Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date. Any future change that involved collecting data would also require a new app version and a new App Privacy declaration on the App Store.
