Please read these Terms of Use before using Hushloom. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hushloom, developed and published by OFO Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The App

Hushloom is a noise machine for iPhone. It synthesizes noise and ambient layers (rain, box fan, surf, wind, stream and fire) in real time on your device, with a sleep timer, saved sounds and a bedside screen. Everything runs on your device and the app makes no network requests of its own.

Not a medical device

Hushloom is for comfort, focus and masking background sound. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and nothing in it is medical advice. If you have a concern about your sleep or your hearing, speak to a qualified professional.

Listen at a comfortable volume

Continuous sound at high volume, especially through headphones and for long periods, can harm your hearing. Keep the volume at a comfortable level, and use the sleep timer if you listen while falling asleep.

Purchases

Hushloom is bought once, up front, from the App Store. It contains no in-app purchase, no subscription and no advertising. Everything in the app is in the download: every noise colour, all six layers, the sleep timer, bedside mode and saved sounds. Payment is handled by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of your App Store account.

Acceptable use

Do not decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the app. These are the ordinary terms; nothing unusual is intended by them.

Disclaimer and liability

Hushloom is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFO Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be published at https://ofolabs.net/hushloom/terms with a new date.
