Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Loadpath, developed and published by OFO Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The App

Loadpath is a bridge building simulation game for iPhone. It gives you a gorge, a budget and four materials, solves the statics of the structure you build while you build it, and runs a load across it. Everything runs on your device and the app makes no network requests of its own.

Purchases

Loadpath is bought once from the App Store. There are no in app purchases, no subscription, no advertising and no in game currency. Everything in the app is included in the purchase: all sixty spans, the Daily Span every day, the stress test and the sandbox.

Engineering figures

Loadpath computes real forces with real engineering formulas, and it says so on screen. It is a game, not engineering software. Nothing in it is a design tool and nothing it reports may be used for the design, assessment or construction of any real structure.

Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, use it in any unlawful way, or resell or redistribute it.

Intellectual Property

The app, its levels, its artwork and its code are owned by OFO Labs and are protected by copyright. Your purchase is a licence to use the app, not a transfer of ownership.

Disclaimer

The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. OFO Labs is not liable for any damages arising from its use.

Changes

These terms may change. The updated version appears on this page with a new date.
