Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Paneglow. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Paneglow, developed and published by OFO Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The App

Paneglow is a triple tile matching puzzle. Tiles are translucent stained-glass panes stacked in layers on a light table. You move a pane that nothing covers into a tray of seven slots, three panes with the same motif clear, and clearing a board lights a stained-glass window. Everything happens on your iPhone.

What We Promise About the Boards

Every board in Paneglow is proven solvable by a solver before it ships: at least one order of moves clears it. The hint on a board shows a move from which the board can still be cleared. There are no timers, lives or energy.

Purchases

Paneglow is downloaded without payment and includes the Garden gallery (40 windows) and the Daily Window, every day.

All Galleries is a single non-consumable in-app purchase, not a subscription. It adds exactly two things:

  1. The Harbour, Orchard, Night Sky, Workshop and Festival galleries (200 windows).
  2. The daylight table theme.

Purchases, refunds and family sharing are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Windows you have already lit stay in your galleries whether or not the purchase exists.

Your Content

There is no account, no upload and no user-generated content in Paneglow. Your progress stays on your device.

Intellectual Property

The app, its tiles, windows, sounds, music and code are the property of OFO Labs. All art, sound and music were made for Paneglow. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.

Disclaimer

Paneglow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, OFO Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Apple

These terms are between you and OFO Labs, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Your use of the app must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will appear at this address with a new date.
