Please read these Terms of Use before using Tallytown. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If the app is used by a child, a parent or guardian accepts these Terms on the child's behalf.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tallytown, developed and published by OFO Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The App

Tallytown is a multiplication practice app for children aged about 6 to 8 in Apple's Kids Category. A child practises the times tables from 1 x 1 to 12 x 12 in short rounds, and every fact they learn becomes a brick building in a town on the device. Everything runs on the device and no account is needed.

Purchases

Tallytown is free to download. The facts with a factor of 2, 5 or 10, their buildings, practice rounds, hints, the mastery grid, the grown-ups corner and one builder are included without any purchase.

Whole Town is a single optional in-app purchase. It adds the remaining facts and buildings, division practice for each times table once it is built, and up to four builders on the device. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it is available to your family through Family Sharing. Purchases are processed by Apple under the App Store's terms, and refunds are handled by Apple. The purchase screen and the restore button are behind a grown-ups check.

Learning, not a certification

Tallytown is a practice tool. Its mastery grid and progress figures describe how a child answered on this device; they are not a school assessment, grade or certification.

Intellectual Property

The app, its buildings, artwork, sounds and code are owned by OFO Labs and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its assets.

Disclaimer

Tallytown is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. OFO Labs does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFO Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the app, including the loss of progress. Progress is stored only on the device and is removed when the app is deleted.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated. The current version is always the one published on this page.
