The App

Trailrise is a beginner running plan for iPhone. It guides run and walk sessions with spoken cues and shows your progress as a trail up a hill. Everything runs on your device and the app makes no network requests of its own.

Purchases

Trailrise is bought once from the App Store. There are no in app purchases, no subscription and no advertising. Both plans and every feature are included in the purchase.

Health and safety

Trailrise is a general fitness app. It is not medical advice and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise plan, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have not exercised for a long time. Stop and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Distance and pace are estimates from your step counter and may be inaccurate. Stay aware of your surroundings and traffic while running with audio.

The app, its plans, its artwork, its sound and its code are owned by OFO Labs and are protected by copyright. Your purchase is a licence to use the app, not a transfer of ownership.
