What Wildbed is, and what it is not
Wildbed is a REFERENCE tool. It reports which agency the federal Protected Areas Database of the United States records as managing the ground under your map pin, what public access class that dataset records, and what that agency publishes as its general rule about camping on its land, with the regulation citation.
Wildbed does not tell you that camping anywhere is legal, and nothing in it should be read as saying so. Whether you may sleep in a particular place depends on local orders, seasonal closures, fire restrictions, road rules and posted signs that this app cannot see. The managing office is the authority, not Wildbed.
Boundaries are a guide, not a survey. The polygons are generalized to about three metres and were compiled by many agencies at different times and different scales. Where a property line matters, the managing agency holds the authoritative record.
Rules are summaries. Wildbed quotes each agency's published general rule and marks which points are the regulation and which are merely commonly posted by local offices. Individual field offices, forests, refuges and units set their own rules on top, and those rules win.
Coverage is the United States. No other country is included.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for where you go and where you sleep. Check the posted signs, check with the managing office, and do not rely on this app alone. OFO Labs is not liable for fines, citations, trespass, eviction, injury or any other loss arising from your use of the app.
Purchases
Wildbed offers one non-consumable in-app purchase, which opens all fifty states, unlimited saved spots and the nights tracker. It is a single purchase and not a subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple under the standard Apple Media Services Terms and can be restored on your other devices with the same Apple Account.
No warranty
Wildbed is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

These terms may change. The current version always appears on this page.
